Normally, if you are not receiving any emails from fellowship administrators or any of our websites it's because they are ending up in spam or being blocked in your email account. Always make sure to check your spam folder first. To make sure our emails reach your inbox we suggest that you whitelist our domain in your email account so that all messages from us are guaranteed to be received as you wish.
Whitelisting a domain is different for each email service provider, so if you are not sure how to do it we suggest using a search engine to look for instructions since there are lots of resources available on how to do this. Use phrases like "how to whitelist using gmail"; switching out gmail for whatever service provider you use.
Emails from our fellowship will always come from the domain houseofmarkus.org, and can potentially be from one of two subdomains, either 'mail.houseofmarkus.org' or 'support.houseofmarkus.org'. When setting up your email whitelist, the easiest way to set up rules to get our emails it up is to use a wildcard like "*houseofmarkus.org"; instructions on how to do that will be specific to your email provide and can be found in your search results. If your email service provider requires a specific email address, make sure to add "no-reply@mail.houseofmarkus.org" and "support@support.houseofmarkus.org".
